One – on – One Coaching Session

One on One sessions will address YOUR needs and goals in improving your health and wellbeing keeping in mind YOUR lifestyle.

You will:

  • Learn how to keep your body properly nourished
  • Master and apply new ways to relieve stress and cope with your emotions
  • Reframe your thoughts and feelings about food and exercise
  • Gain empowerment to choose foods and activities that are beneficial to your health

Sessions are held virtually, via zoom.

Initial session is 1 hour

Follow up sessions are 45 minutes
