One on One sessions will address YOUR needs and goals in improving your health and wellbeing keeping in mind YOUR lifestyle.
- Learn how to keep your body properly nourished
- Master and apply new ways to relieve stress and cope with your emotions
- Reframe your thoughts and feelings about food and exercise
- Gain empowerment to choose foods and activities that are beneficial to your health
Sessions are held virtually, via zoom.
Initial session is 1 hour
Follow up sessions are 45 minutes
